MOZA Homes was founded by Australian real estate investor, Simone Lesko. Simone and her husband along with their three beautiful children relocated back to Cleveland in 2021 to be closer to her husband's side of the family.

 

Simone was excited to get back into the Cleveland housing market which is a hot spot for real estate investors due to inventory availability and affordability. Simone explains, “Coming from Australia, I immediately saw the opportunity, in Cleveland specifically”. Lending to Simone's success is her eye for design and 20 years’ experience in business and finance. Simone is also a licensed real estate agent in Ohio with Red 1 Realty.
